Project status

Field Kit is development software: a local toolkit with eight shipped plugin tools. awcp checks workload specs and scores recorded golden suites locally; it is not a delivery control plane and does not call a model.

Software and licenses

Field Kit is distributed under the MIT License in its source repository. Bundled fonts and other third-party materials retain their original notices. Source links for other projects carry the license published in those repositories.

See the repository’s LICENSE and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md for the complete terms. Nothing on this site grants rights beyond those licenses.

As-is software

The site and linked development software are provided as-is, without warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. Test the tools against your own requirements before relying on them with customer data or delivery decisions.

Netwatch's user-space proxies do not provide whole-machine visibility. Software that bypasses the proxies, plus DNS and UDP/QUIC traffic, can remain outside its reports and policy enforcement. Review its coverage labels before relying on a session as network evidence.

Netwatch's local dashboard can launch direct-argument commands, attach to visible processes, change the managed destination policy, stop work owned by that server, and delete stopped evidence. Attachment remains observation-only, browser launches are not interactive terminals, and you are responsible for every command and policy change you request.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the software in a way that violates applicable law or someone else’s rights. You are responsible for the data you process and for protecting sensitive source files and reversible scrub mappings.

Changes

The project and these terms may change as the software matures. A revised effective date will be posted here when the terms materially change.

Field Kit is maintained by project contributors. This documentation site does not offer accounts, hosted processing, or a paid service. Project questions belong in the repository’s issue tracker; private security reports use the reporting route in SECURITY.md.
